### sec.129 Provision for s 73 (Unlawfully using State forests etc.)
This section applies to a permit under section 73(2) granted by an administering entity, including by acting under repealed section 61M, that is in force immediately before the commencement.
After the commencement, the permit—
continues in force; and
is taken to have been granted by the chief executive.

(sec.129-ssec.1) This section applies to a permit under section 73(2) granted by an administering entity, including by acting under repealed section 61M, that is in force immediately before the commencement.
(sec.129-ssec.2) After the commencement, the permit— continues in force; and is taken to have been granted by the chief executive.

- (b) is taken to have been granted by the chief executive.
