#### 133E Addition of information to register 133E Addition of information to register > > (1) If any business named in a register is sold or otherwise disposed of after the date on which an offence is committed, or a penalty notice served, in relation to an offence committed or alleged to have been committed in the conduct of the business, the Food Authority may add information to the register for the purpose of indicating that the business has been sold or otherwise disposed of. > > > (2) The Food Authority may make such an addition to information on a register on its own initiative or on an application by a person under this Part. > > **ss 133A–133E:** Ins 2008 No 5, Sch 1 \[4\].
