### sec.88D Meaning of print requirement
A provision of a State law is a print requirement if—
the provision—
requires information to be published; and
requires or allows the information to be published in print; or
the provision requires that, if information is published under the provision, the publication must be in print.
For subsection (1) —
it does not matter how a requirement to publish information is described; and
without limiting paragraph (a) —
a requirement to publish information in a newspaper is taken to be a requirement to publish the information in print; and
a requirement to advertise for something is taken to be a requirement to publish an advertisement for the thing.
