### sec.75 Right to recover not affected
Sections 73 (2) , 74 (2) and 74 (5) do not affect a right of the State to recover an amount from an officer or employee otherwise than under sections 73 and 74 .
However, the State may not recover amounts from an officer or employee both under sections 73 and 74 and otherwise than under those sections, in relation to the same loss, deficiency, destruction or damage.
(sec.75-ssec.1) Sections 73 (2) , 74 (2) and 74 (5) do not affect a right of the State to recover an amount from an officer or employee otherwise than under sections 73 and 74 .
