### sec.66 Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service
The Clerk of the Parliament is the accountable officer of the Legislative Assembly and parliamentary service.
This section does not limit or otherwise interfere with the role of the Speaker relating to the Legislative Assembly or parliamentary service, including the role of the Speaker in relation to the Clerk of the Parliament.
