### sec.63 Annual reports Accountable officers and statutory bodies must, in the way and within the time stated in a financial and performance management standard— prepare an annual report; and give the report to the appropriate Minister. See the Human Rights Act 2019 , section 97 , for particular information relating to human rights that must be included in an annual report. The Minister must table the annual report in the Legislative Assembly within the time stated in the financial and performance management standard.
