### sec.60 Application of ss 61 – 63 The functions or requirements imposed by section 61 , 62 or 63 on accountable officers and statutory bodies are imposed— for each accountable officer—in relation to the accountable officer’s department; and for each statutory body—in relation to that statutory body. - (a) for each accountable officer—in relation to the accountable officer’s department; and - (b) for each statutory body—in relation to that statutory body.
