### sec.54 Limitations on investment powers Nothing in this Act authorises the Treasurer to invest moneys relating to a departmental account contrary to— an Act; or an agreement, arrangement, contract, court order, law or transaction applying to the account. - (a) an Act; or - (b) an agreement, arrangement, contract, court order, law or transaction applying to the account.
