### sec.30 Payment of equity withdrawal under annual appropriation Act This section applies if, under an annual appropriation Act for a financial year, the equity adjustment of a department is an equity withdrawal. On payment by the accountable officer of the department of the equity withdrawal to the Treasurer, the Treasurer must— enter the amount in the Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account to the department’s vote for the financial year; and credit the amount to the heading in the ledger for equity adjustment. (sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if, under an annual appropriation Act for a financial year, the equity adjustment of a department is an equity withdrawal. (sec.30-ssec.2) On payment by the accountable officer of the department of the equity withdrawal to the Treasurer, the Treasurer must— enter the amount in the Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account to the department’s vote for the financial year; and credit the amount to the heading in the ledger for equity adjustment. - (a) enter the amount in the Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account to the department’s vote for the financial year; and - (b) credit the amount to the heading in the ledger for equity adjustment.
