### sec.20 Entries in Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account
Subsection (2) applies if the Treasurer, in a financial year, pays to a department an amount other than unforeseen expenditure from the consolidated fund.
The Treasurer must—
enter the amount in the Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account as paid to the department as part of its vote for the financial year; and
allocate the amount entered to 1 or more of the department’s headings for which the amount was paid.
Entries for unforeseen expenditure are dealt with under section 36 .
(sec.20-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if the Treasurer, in a financial year, pays to a department an amount other than unforeseen expenditure from the consolidated fund.
(sec.20-ssec.2) The Treasurer must— enter the amount in the Treasurer’s consolidated fund operating account as paid to the department as part of its vote for the financial year; and allocate the amount entered to 1 or more of the department’s headings for which the amount was paid. Entries for unforeseen expenditure are dealt with under section 36 .
