### 23 Court may make interim order
> > (1) At any stage during proceedings under this Part, a court may make an interim FVO, whether or not it is satisfied of the matters set out in [section 16(1)](#GS16@Gs1@EN) .

> > > > (a) when an FVO in respect of the same parties takes effect; or
