### sec.91G Court hearing offence proceeding may order forfeiture of seized goods
If, in proceedings for an offence for which goods were seized, the court finds the offence proved and that the offence concerned goods seized and retained by an inspector, the court may order that the goods be forfeited to the Crown.
The forfeited goods may be disposed of in any way the Minister directs.

(sec.91G-ssec.1) If, in proceedings for an offence for which goods were seized, the court finds the offence proved and that the offence concerned goods seized and retained by an inspector, the court may order that the goods be forfeited to the Crown.
