### sec.91C Where and how to start appeal
A person whose goods have been seized under this division may appeal to the Magistrates Court nearest where the goods were seized.
The appeal is started by—
filing a written notice of appeal with the clerk of the court of the Magistrates Court; and
giving a copy of the notice to the commissioner.
Without limiting subsection (2) (b) , the commissioner is given a copy of the notice if a copy is given to the inspector who seized the goods.
The notice of appeal must state the grounds of the appeal.

(sec.91C-ssec.1) A person whose goods have been seized under this division may appeal to the Magistrates Court nearest where the goods were seized.
