### sec.91 Obstruction
A person shall not obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
For the purposes of this Act a person shall be taken to obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act if the person—
assaults, abuses, intimidates or insults an inspector or any other person assisting an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act; or
directly or indirectly deliberately prevents any person from being questioned by an inspector or from furnishing under this Act any information or records or copies or attempts to do so; or
in any other way obstructs or attempts to obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act.

(sec.91-ssec.1) A person shall not obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(sec.91-ssec.2) For the purposes of this Act a person shall be taken to obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act if the person— assaults, abuses, intimidates or insults an inspector or any other person assisting an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act; or directly or indirectly deliberately prevents any person from being questioned by an inspector or from furnishing under this Act any information or records or copies or attempts to do so; or in any other way obstructs or attempts to obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act.
- (a) assaults, abuses, intimidates or insults an inspector or any other person assisting an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act; or
- (b) directly or indirectly deliberately prevents any person from being questioned by an inspector or from furnishing under this Act any information or records or copies or attempts to do so; or
- (c) in any other way obstructs or attempts to obstruct an inspector in the exercise of powers under this Act.
