### sec.86 Offence
A person must not supply or offer for supply services—
if the supply of the services is prohibited under a regulating instrument; or
if the supply of the services is, under a regulating instrument, authorised subject to conditions or restrictions prescribed in the regulating instrument—other than subject to the conditions or restrictions.
Maximum penalty—
if the person is a body corporate—$1,100,000; or
if the person is not a body corporate—$220,000.
A pecuniary penalty may be imposed for a contravention of this section—see section 64 (Pecuniary penalties for FTA consumer offence provisions).
