### sec.72 Publication of advertisement in the ordinary course of business The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 251 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the reference in section 251 (1) of that law to a contravention of chapter 3 of that law included a reference to a contravention of the relevant provision. In this section— relevant provision means— an FTA consumer offence provision; or section 45 or 47 . s 72 sub 2010 No. 54 s 18 (sec.72-ssec.1) The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 251 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the reference in section 251 (1) of that law to a contravention of chapter 3 of that law included a reference to a contravention of the relevant provision. (sec.72-ssec.2) In this section— relevant provision means— an FTA consumer offence provision; or section 45 or 47 . - (a) an FTA consumer offence provision; or - (b) section 45 or 47 .
