### sec.70 Orders disqualifying a person from managing a corporation The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 248 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland) mentioned in section 248 (1) (a) of that law included the relevant provision. In this section— relevant provision means— an FTA consumer offence provision; or section 45 or 47 . s 70 sub 2010 No. 54 s 18 (sec.70-ssec.1) The Australian Consumer Law (Queensland), section 248 applies in relation to a relevant provision as if the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland) mentioned in section 248 (1) (a) of that law included the relevant provision. (sec.70-ssec.2) In this section— relevant provision means— an FTA consumer offence provision; or section 45 or 47 . - (a) an FTA consumer offence provision; or - (b) section 45 or 47 .
