### sec.48 Purpose and scope of division The purpose of this division is to confer jurisdiction to deal with particular matters arising under the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland). This division does not apply in relation to— provisions of the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland) that provide for offences; or any FTA consumer offence provision to the extent a contravention or alleged contravention of the provision is being dealt with as for a criminal offence. s 48 amd 1994 No. 36 s 2 sch ; 1999 No. 63 s 58 sub 2010 No. 54 s 18 (sec.48-ssec.1) The purpose of this division is to confer jurisdiction to deal with particular matters arising under the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland).
