### sec.47 Compliance with orders made under this division
A person commits an offence if—
an order made under section 46 applies to the person; and
the person contravenes, or refuses or fails to comply with, the order.
Maximum penalty—
if the person is a body corporate—900 penalty units; or
if the person is not a body corporate—180 penalty units.
For this section, the value of a penalty unit is the same value it has for the time being under the Crimes Act 1914 (Cwlth) for a law of the Commonwealth.
