### sec.27 Jurisdictions not liable to penalty or prosecution
Nothing in the application law of this jurisdiction makes any jurisdiction liable to a pecuniary penalty or to be prosecuted for an offence.
Without limiting subsection (1) , nothing in the application law of a participating jurisdiction makes this jurisdiction liable to a pecuniary penalty or to be prosecuted for an offence.
The protection in subsection (1) or (2) does not apply to an authority of any jurisdiction.
