### sec.105 Reference to consumer authorities and other matters restricted A person shall not, in trade or commerce, in connection with the supply or possible supply of goods or services or in connection with the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services— without the Minister’s prior written agreement— refer to an inspector, the commissioner or an officer of the department; or use an expression that is, or that resembles, the expression ‘Office of Fair Trading’; or use, in relation to a matter falling within the functions of the commissioner, an expression that is, or that resembles, the current or a previous name of the department; or falsely represent that any goods or services are produced or provided— by a person holding a royal warrant; or for any government or department of any government or for the service of Her Majesty.
