#### 69 Penalties for offences against this Act 69 Penalties for offences against this Act > A person guilty of an offence against this Act (except the ACL) for which a penalty is not otherwise provided is liable— > > > (a) in the case of a person other than a body corporate—to a penalty not exceeding 200 penalty units, or > > > (b) in the case of a body corporate—to a penalty not exceeding 1,000 penalty units. > > **pt 6, div 3 (s 69):** Ins 2010 No 107, Sch 1 \[55\].
