### sec.46 Proof regarding government printer, parliamentary counsel and Legislative Assembly
The production of a document purporting to be printed by the government printer or by the authority of the Government of the State is evidence the document was printed by the government printer or by that authority.
The production of a document purporting to be authorised by the parliamentary counsel is evidence that the document was authorised by the parliamentary counsel.
The production of a document purporting to be published under the authority of the Legislative Assembly is evidence the document was published under that authority.

(sec.46-ssec.1) The production of a document purporting to be printed by the government printer or by the authority of the Government of the State is evidence the document was printed by the government printer or by that authority.
(sec.46-ssec.2) The production of a document purporting to be authorised by the parliamentary counsel is evidence that the document was authorised by the parliamentary counsel.
(sec.46-ssec.3) The production of a document purporting to be published under the authority of the Legislative Assembly is evidence the document was published under that authority.
