### sec.44 Proof by purported certificate, document etc.
Where by a law in force in Queensland—
a certificate; or
an official or public document; or
a document of a corporation; or
a copy of, or extract from, a document;
is admissible in evidence for any purpose, a document purporting to be the certificate, document, copy or extract shall, unless the contrary intention appears, be admissible in evidence to the same extent and for the same purpose provided that it purports to be authenticated in the manner (if any) directed by that law.
- (a) a certificate; or
- (b) an official or public document; or
- (c) a document of a corporation; or
- (d) a copy of, or extract from, a document;
