### sec.39K Enforcement of order
An order under section 39J must be complied with.
Subject to rules of court made under the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 , the order may be enforced by the Supreme Court as if the order were an order of that court.
Without limiting subsection (2) , a person who contravenes the order—
is taken to be in contempt of the Supreme Court; and
is punishable accordingly;
unless the person establishes that the contravention should be excused.

(sec.39K-ssec.1) An order under section 39J must be complied with.
(sec.39K-ssec.2) Subject to rules of court made under the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 , the order may be enforced by the Supreme Court as if the order were an order of that court.
(sec.39K-ssec.3) Without limiting subsection (2) , a person who contravenes the order— is taken to be in contempt of the Supreme Court; and is punishable accordingly; unless the person establishes that the contravention should be excused.
