### sec.39E State courts may take evidence and submissions from outside State The court may, on the court’s own initiative or on the application of a party to a proceeding before the court, direct that evidence be taken or submissions be made by audio visual link or audio link from a participating State. See division 3A in relation to expert witnesses giving evidence by audio visual link or audio link.
