### sec.35 Definitions for div 3 In this division— civil proceedings , in relation to a requesting court, means proceedings in any civil or commercial matter. overseas country means a country, or part of a country, outside the Commonwealth. request includes any commission, order or other process issued by or on behalf of a requesting court. requesting court has the meaning given to it in section 36 . s 35 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1
