### sec.21E Application of sdiv 2 This subdivision applies to a proceeding in which an operative is, or may be, required to give evidence obtained as an operative. To remove any doubt, it is declared that this subdivision does not affect the operation of the common law in relation to the protection of the identity of a person who is not an operative who gives or intends to give evidence in a proceeding. s 21E ins 2000 No. 57 s 4 sub 2005 No. 45 s 51 (sec.21E-ssec.1) This subdivision applies to a proceeding in which an operative is, or may be, required to give evidence obtained as an operative.
