### sec.21AZT Way evidence of witness to be given
This section applies if an intermediary is appointed for a witness in a relevant proceeding.
The witness’s evidence in the relevant proceeding must be given—
in the presence of the intermediary; or
in compliance with a direction given under section 21AZS (2) (f) (i) .

(sec.21AZT-ssec.1) This section applies if an intermediary is appointed for a witness in a relevant proceeding.
(sec.21AZT-ssec.2) The witness’s evidence in the relevant proceeding must be given— in the presence of the intermediary; or in compliance with a direction given under section 21AZS (2) (f) (i) .
- (a) in the presence of the intermediary; or
- (b) in compliance with a direction given under section 21AZS (2) (f) (i) .
