### sec.21AZC Publishing a recording prohibited
A person must not publish all or part of a recording other than with the approval of the relevant court and in accordance with any condition attached to the court’s approval.
Maximum penalty—
for an individual—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment; or
for a corporation—1,000 penalty units.
An approval under subsection (1) may be given only in exceptional circumstances.
In subsection (1) —
publish means disseminate to the public by radio or television or otherwise by the transmission of light or sound.
relevant court means the court presiding at the proceeding or preliminary hearing at which the recording is made or the court of trial or appeal at which the recording is presented.
