### sec.181 Application of former pt 6A, divs 1 and 2 to particular existing domestic violence proceedings This section applies if, immediately before the commencement— former part 6A, divisions 1 and 2 applied in relation to a domestic violence proceeding; and See also section 158. the domestic violence proceeding had not been finalised.
