### sec.157 Journalist privilege
Part 2, division 2B applies in relation to information given to a journalist by another person whether the information was given to the journalist before or after the commencement.
Part 2, division 2B, subdivision 2 applies in relation to a relevant proceeding only if the proceeding starts on or after the commencement.
Part 2, division 2B, subdivision 3 applies in relation to a warrant mentioned in section 14ZC only if the warrant is issued on or after the commencement.
