### sec.14ZE Applications to Supreme Court in relation to objections
This section applies if the journalist or relevant person for the journalist agrees as mentioned in section 14ZD (1) .
The following persons may apply to the Supreme Court to decide whether the sealed or stored document or thing may be dealt with in a way authorised under the warrant—
the journalist or relevant person for the journalist;
the authorised officer;
the chief executive, however described, of the entity that appointed the authorised officer or a delegate of the chief executive;
another person prescribed by regulation.
The application must be made within 7 days after the day the request under section 14ZD (1) is made.
In hearing the application, the court may order that all persons other than those specified by the court be excluded from the room in which the court is sitting.

(sec.14ZE-ssec.1) This section applies if the journalist or relevant person for the journalist agrees as mentioned in section 14ZD (1) .
