### sec.14S Meaning of relevant proceeding
In this division, a proceeding is a relevant proceeding if the court hearing the proceeding is a court of record.
However, a proceeding under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 is not a relevant proceeding.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a proceeding is a relevant proceeding whether or not the court hearing the proceeding is bound by the rules of evidence for the proceeding.

(sec.14S-ssec.1) In this division, a proceeding is a relevant proceeding if the court hearing the proceeding is a court of record.
(sec.14S-ssec.2) However, a proceeding under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 is not a relevant proceeding.
(sec.14S-ssec.3) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a proceeding is a relevant proceeding whether or not the court hearing the proceeding is bound by the rules of evidence for the proceeding.
