### sec.129AG Requirements for notices
A notice given under section 129AD (1) (a) or 129AF (1) (a) must be given in accordance with any requirement prescribed by regulation.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that a regulation may prescribe a minimum notice period for the purpose of section 129AD (1) (a) or 129AF (1) (a) .
