### sec.114 Certification required when affidavit etc. not contained in length or series of film Where any affidavit relating to the reproduction of a document is not an affidavit referred to in section 113 (2) , a copy thereof duly certified to be a true copy— in the case of an affidavit in the custody of a body corporate—by the chairperson, secretary or by a director or manager thereof; or in any other case—by a justice of the peace; shall, unless the court otherwise orders, be admissible in evidence in a proceeding as if it were the affidavit of which it is certified to be a true copy. - (a) in the case of an affidavit in the custody of a body corporate—by the chairperson, secretary or by a director or manager thereof; or - (b) in any other case—by a justice of the peace;
