### sec.103ZZZK Scope and effect of complainant privacy order
A complainant privacy order must state—
to whom the order applies, including whether the order applies to—
specific persons or bodies as stated in the order; or
the general public at large; and
the identifying matter to which the order applies with sufficient detail to ensure that it is readily apparent from the terms of the order what matter is subject to the order.
A complainant privacy order must not prevent the publication of details of a sexual offence or an alleged sexual offence or the identification of an offender or a defendant if that publication is not likely to lead to the identification of the complainant as a victim of the offence or alleged offence.

(sec.103ZZZK-ssec.1) A complainant privacy order must state— to whom the order applies, including whether the order applies to— specific persons or bodies as stated in the order; or the general public at large; and the identifying matter to which the order applies with sufficient detail to ensure that it is readily apparent from the terms of the order what matter is subject to the order.
(sec.103ZZZK-ssec.2) A complainant privacy order must not prevent the publication of details of a sexual offence or an alleged sexual offence or the identification of an offender or a defendant if that publication is not likely to lead to the identification of the complainant as a victim of the offence or alleged offence.
- (a) to whom the order applies, including whether the order applies to— (i) specific persons or bodies as stated in the order; or (ii) the general public at large; and
- (i) specific persons or bodies as stated in the order; or
- (ii) the general public at large; and
- (b) the identifying matter to which the order applies with sufficient detail to ensure that it is readily apparent from the terms of the order what matter is subject to the order.
