### sec.103ZZN Offence to publish identifying matter in relation to complainant
A person must not publish identifying matter in relation to a complainant.
Maximum penalty—
for an individual—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment; or
for a corporation—1,000 penalty units.
If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 103ZZZR , to have also committed the offence.
If the complainant is a complainant against whom a sexual offence is alleged to have been committed, subsection (1) applies only if a person has been charged with the sexual offence.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the complainant is deceased.

(sec.103ZZN-ssec.1) A person must not publish identifying matter in relation to a complainant.
