### sec.103ZW Direction on behaviour and appearance of complainant
The judge may direct the jury that it should not be assumed that a person consented to a sexual activity because the person—
wore particular clothing or had a particular appearance; or
consumed alcohol or another drug; or
was present in a particular location; or
The person attended a nightclub.
The person went to the defendant’s home.
acted in a flirtatious or sexual manner; or
worked as a sex worker.
