### sec.103ZN Limitation on evidence of complainant’s sexual activities
Evidence of the complainant’s sexual activities is not to be regarded—
as having substantial probative value by virtue of any inferences it may raise as to general disposition; or
as being a proper matter for cross-examination as to credit unless, because of special circumstances, it would be likely to materially impair confidence in the reliability of the evidence of the complainant.
