### sec.103ZI Application for leave
An application for leave under section 103ZH —
in the case of a summary trial, must be filed with the Magistrates Court at the place at which the trial will be held and served on each other party to the trial at least 7 days before the trial; and
in the case of a committal proceeding, must be filed with the Magistrates Court at the place at which the proceeding will be held, and served on each other party to the proceeding at least 7 days before the proceeding; and
in the case of a trial, must be filed with the Supreme Court or District Court, as the case requires, and served on each other party to the trial—
at least 14 days before the day on which the trial is listed to commence; or
if a special hearing is to be held—at least 14 days before the hearing.
