### sec.103N Orders, directions and rulings in relation to complainants
A court hearing a domestic violence proceeding may make the orders or give the directions or rulings it considers appropriate for this part on the court’s own initiative or on an application made by a party to the proceeding.
Subsection (1) does not limit section 21A , the Criminal Code , section 590AA or the Justices Act 1886 , section 83A .
