### sec.88 Responsibilities of transporter While transporting the waste in Queensland, the transporter must carry a document containing the information received from the generator under section 87 (1) (a) . Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. Within 7 days after becoming aware of a discrepancy in information received from the generator under section 87 (1) (a) , the transporter must give written notice of the discrepancy to the administering authority.
