### sec.52 Generator must keep records
A generator of tested waste in the State must, for each load of the waste transported to a receiver, record the prescribed information for the load in the approved form.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
The generator must, before or when the load is given to a receiver, give the prescribed information for the load to the receiver.
The generator must keep the record mentioned in subsection (1) for at least 5 years.
