### sec.44 Purpose of division This division states requirements for sampling and testing commercial waste or industrial waste for working out whether the waste is— general waste; or category 1 regulated waste; or category 2 regulated waste. - (a) general waste; or - (b) category 1 regulated waste; or - (c) category 2 regulated waste.
