### sec.41AB Transhipping activity within particular areas This section applies to the administering authority for making an environmental management decision relating to a transhipping activity. The administering authority must refuse to grant the application if the authority considers that all or part of the transhipping activity is to be carried out— in an area within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park; or in an area that is— within the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area; but not within a port area. A transhipping activity to be carried out in an area within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park includes a transhipping activity to be carried out in a relevant Great Barrier Reef Marine Park area. In this section— Great Barrier Reef Marine Park means the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (Cwlth) . s 41AB ins 2020 SL No. 225 s 4 (sec.41AB-ssec.1) This section applies to the administering authority for making an environmental management decision relating to a transhipping activity.
