### sec.32 Meaning of environmental management decision An environmental management decision is a decision under the Act for which the administering authority making the decision is required to comply with regulatory requirements, other than a PRCP schedule decision. However, an environmental management decision does not include a decision under the Act about— an amendment application for an environmental authority that is for a minor amendment of the authority; or a surrender application for an environmental authority; or a progressive certification application under chapter 5A , part 6 of the Act . s 32 amd 2019 SL No. 198 s 6 (sec.32-ssec.1) An environmental management decision is a decision under the Act for which the administering authority making the decision is required to comply with regulatory requirements, other than a PRCP schedule decision. (sec.32-ssec.2) However, an environmental management decision does not include a decision under the Act about— an amendment application for an environmental authority that is for a minor amendment of the authority; or a surrender application for an environmental authority; or a progressive certification application under chapter 5A , part 6 of the Act . - (a) an amendment application for an environmental authority that is for a minor amendment of the authority; or - (b) a surrender application for an environmental authority; or - (c) a progressive certification application under chapter 5A , part 6 of the Act .
