### sec.207 Estimation technique applications This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an estimation technique application made under the repealed regulation, section 91 had not been finally dealt with. The repealed regulation, chapter 6, part 3 continues to apply to the application. An approval granted under the repealed regulation, section 92 as applied by subsection (2), is taken to be an approval granted under section 124. (sec.207-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an estimation technique application made under the repealed regulation, section 91 had not been finally dealt with. (sec.207-ssec.2) The repealed regulation, chapter 6, part 3 continues to apply to the application. (sec.207-ssec.3) An approval granted under the repealed regulation, section 92 as applied by subsection (2), is taken to be an approval granted under section 124.
