### sec.198 Applications relating to waste tracking This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application made under the repealed regulation, section 81W, 81X or 81Y had not been finally dealt with. The repealed regulation, chapter 5, part 9 continues to apply to the application. An approval, consignment number or exemption granted under the repealed regulation, section 81W, 81X or 81Y, as applied by subsection (2), is taken to be an approval, consignment number or exemption granted under section 92, 93 or 94. (sec.198-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, an application made under the repealed regulation, section 81W, 81X or 81Y had not been finally dealt with. (sec.198-ssec.2) The repealed regulation, chapter 5, part 9 continues to apply to the application. (sec.198-ssec.3) An approval, consignment number or exemption granted under the repealed regulation, section 81W, 81X or 81Y, as applied by subsection (2), is taken to be an approval, consignment number or exemption granted under section 92, 93 or 94.
