### sec.195 Regulatory requirements continue to apply This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, the administering authority for a matter started to make an environmental management decision under the repealed regulation and the decision had not been made. The repealed regulation, chapter 4 continues to apply to the making of the decision. For subsection (2), a reference in the regulatory requirements under the repealed regulation to an environmental protection policy is taken be a reference to an environmental protection policy as in force immediately before the commencement.
